The Care for Peace Foundation’s global mission is to help some of the most under served and unnoticed people in the world to build their own sustainable ‘Healthy Villages’ through health, education, social and equitable micro-economic distribution services, systems and facilities

Care for Peace’s mission is to improve health, well-being, and economic vitality in underserved communities through sustainable development and healthcare initiatives.
Care for Peace is a nonprofit organization founded on July 20, 2012, by Jeff Hardy, Dr. Than Sein, U Hla Kyi, and Linda Tavaszi. The organization was established to assist underserved populations in rural Myanmar by improving health, well-being, and economic vitality through the development of Community Development and Health Centers.

Rural Health Center
By 2015, with the support of our in-country partners and local villagers, we designed and built our first Care for Peace Rural Health Center in Pantawpyin Village—one of the most remote locations possible. This center allowed us to test and refine effective approaches to preventive health, health education, basic healthcare delivery, birthing services, and urgent medical care.
